Got stuck on choosing items to bundle together

  • When I got to the stop where I choose an item to bundle, my options pop up in the drop down menu but I could never choose one. I could click on it but the field wouldn’t fill. Tried typing the item name into the field but it just wouldn’t complete. I played with it in both Mac Firefox and Chrome. With a bit of work I think it could be excellent though.

    @emgraphics, thanks for your time, could you tell me the versions of Mac OS, firefox and chrome so that I can test it and fix the issues.

    @emgraphics, the user interface is a bit confusing. Don’t expect that the product will be filled in the textbox. It took me more than a hour to realize that you just need to click on the product you want, which is shown in the dropbox, and click “Add Product”.

    @saravana Kumar K, if possible, please make it behave like post category selection box. And thank you for a great free plugin.

    I have been having this problem also. Try to add products to a bundle but if they appear which they don’t always do (despite an appropriate search) but they won’t enter into the search window and therefore I can’t click to add the product. I have tried scrolling down to the desired products to highlight it, and tried clicking it. Neither works.

    Please advise me what will help resolve this issue
