    All of the sudden the GoTo feed stopped working here. So I updated plugin and wordpress version, it now gives the following error:

    Something’s not working. It looks like the API call to GoToWebinar isn’t succeeding. This may be because you are on a trial account. Unfortunately API calls can’t be made to GoToWebinar accounts on a trial. If you do have a full GoToWebinar licence please try re-authenticating the plugin again by pressing the ‘Click here to get Auth and Key’ button in the plugin settings. You should also clear the cache or turn the cache off in the plugin settings and this should resolve the issue.

    I have done suggested steps and still hasn’t fixed. I have also made sure connection is fine and it says this in the settings:

    The connection to your GoToWebinar account is working ??

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I’m seeing the same issue, if you can please email me the same instructions that would be terrific. I tried clearing the cache and reauthorizing inside the app, but still has this error message on my website (which isn’t great).

    Hi wavereps,

    If you are absolutely confident you have Cleared existing authentication settings, clicked the button again to reauthenticate and then cleared the cache inside the plugin, and you have no account issues with GoToWebinar, then please send me an email to the address mentioned higher up on the thread.

    I am having the same issue. I have tried:

    1. Reauthorizing
    2. Clear cache

    In that order. Are there additional steps?

    Additionally I tried disabling the cache.

    @northernbeacheswebsites I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
