WP Engine Advanced Cache OptionsI use this plugin to add single webinar registration forms on pages for each webinar. At various times someone will check on a webinar and the registration form will not be showing. Instead an error message displays: “The webinar either no longer exists or an error has occured.”
Re-authenticating always fixes this issue but it’s pretty frustrating not knowing when the connection is going to fail. I’ve already created an App in GoToWebinar and am using the Consumer Key and Secret for authentication but the problem continues to persist.
Do you know what can be done to prevent the App from disconnecting and needing re-authenticated?
