    Hello. I have a problem with accepting payments via GPay. After clicking on the “pay” button, the payment is rejected with the error “this payment method is invalid”. I have not found the cause, although I have repeatedly checked the settings, changed plugins with access to Gpay, changed the cards from which the payment is made, but the result is the same. In Google I have not found a solution.

    Hi @khatskou

    Are you able to place the Stripe plugin in test mode so we can review your checkout page? If you have a staging site where test mode can be enabled and the error re-created please share that website link.

    Generic errors like that are usually not generated by our plugin.

    @khatskou I was able to process order #9606 successfully in test mode.

    What card brand is being used when you receive that error message in live mode?

    Visa, Mastercard. In test mode everything is OK, but with live mode problem

    If you go to the WooCommerce > Orders is there a pending order created? If so are there any order notes associated with the order?

    If there is no order then that error is occuring client side and might indicate GPay is rejecting your payment method. This can sometimes happen based on the country associated with the payment method.

    Thank you for your response and help. I think you are right and the problem is related to the geolocation of my service (Lithuania).
