G:Price won’t show price inc VAT

    I have been using the product feed pro since I migrated my site to WooCommerce a few months ago and it has been excellent until now. I decided to trial setting my store to display ex. VAT prices and successfully changed the feed to export ex VAT prices, from its initial setting of inc. VAT prices.

    I have now been told by Google that I have to supply my feed with inc. VAT prices, so have changed my shop back to display inc. VAT prices and I have double checked that the feed is set to United Kingdom and the GB VAT rate is set in the tax tab.

    I then changed the G:Price field to all of the following: ‘Regular price incl. VAT front end’, ‘Price incl. VAT front end’, ‘Price’, ‘Regular Price’, ‘Regular Rounded Price’ and ‘Price Rounded’. However, none of these make any difference to the feed, it is still exporting ex. VAT prices.

    I really need it to show inc. VAT prices and also when there is a sale to export the sale price rather than regular price. Can you tell me how do that or help me troubleshoot why this isn’t changing.

    I should add that I have tried refreshing the feed multiple times as well and that prior to changing to ex. VAT it was displaying the inc. VAT price fine for months!

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Are you perhaps using a caching plugin or doing server-side caching? If so, you might be looking at an old cached version of your feed. Did you already try clearing all caching and the reprocessing your feed after?
