gpx and marker

I′m kindly new with this plugin, i want to make a map within a gpx file and arround the gpy route markers with points of interest.

with clicking on the marker with poi a small popup opens with short txt and a link to the poi

i have already a map with gpx but how to become the other markers in it?

please any suggestion and e small example of two markers in the the shortcode
