Grab MailChimp Subscriber Name

    Hi Fruitful Code, I love the plugin, but two suggestions:

    – Add Name Field in order to collect both Name and Email on MailChimp List
    – Allow IPs to access website (just like underConstruction plugin does) since it is better for a customer to give us an IP (just visiting whatismyip.com) instead of having to remember an user/pass
