Grab meta titles when using external script

i have wordpress installed and in the first post it is set to sticky, it has a search bar that when used searches a mysql database where a datafeed is stored , the results are displayed in the same post and if you click a product from the search results you are taken to the product information (all displayed in the same post)

the problem i have is that as this all happens in the same post the meta title stays the same.

is there a way to grab the meta data from the other script so the meta title is then different?
