Grade or Score Online Form Submissions

    There is a client who wants a website that:

    1. Allows visitors to fill out an online form
    2. Editors review online submissions and score/grade according to specific criteria
    3. Visitors can see if their submission was accepted
    4. Editors can see what other editors scored

    Is there a plugin that can do this? Or are there any open source code out there that can help?
