Grainy Images in Table

Can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!
And are you sure that you are not accidentally embedding the thumbnail size of the images?

thanks for the link! From what I can see, your site is using some WordPress.com feature (maybe within the Jetpack plugin?) that affects image loading.
With that, your image
https://www.ourrecipeforlife.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/IMG_0449.jpg
is actually loaded from
https://i0.wp.com/www.ourrecipeforlife.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/IMG_0449.jpg?resize=225%2C300

That is, a shrunken version is loaded, which could be the cause for the image appearing “grainy”.

I can therefore only suggest that you try finding and turning off that feature. TablePress does not affect this image loading.
