Grammar check on contact form 7 button

the underline might be caused by the link formatting of your theme;
unfortunately, a screenshot is useless to help with formatting issues.

Thanks for your reply Michael. To be honest I don’t know where to start. I have the ability to scan the codes, but I need a keyword and Im hoping theres a lead which function is that so I can disable it. This issue only happens on the Contact Form 7 button so I believe I may need to move there.
