Grant access with custom user role

Hello!

I am trying to give access to the Tablepress Tab with different capabilities (add, edit, delete, copy, list) to a custom user role created in my plugin. I have added the Tablepress custom capabilities in our plugin, but still can’t see the admin menu and can’t access via url either. Is there any way we can grant access to a user other than Admin, Editor or Author?

Using version 1.9.2 on WordPress 5.1.1
