Granting Superuser rights on DB side

Hi all,

I am running a Facebook Connect plugin and it removes superuser from the admin account when another user connects via Facebook. This is a plugin problem and not relevant here, but I was going through the Codex to find the column where superuser rights are granted in the DB, and I am coming up empty. Google isn’t helping much either.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
