Graphic error on webpage

no, sharing login info is not allowed here, just activate AO with your usual settings and I’ll check the site to understand what is going on?

I have deactivated and deleted the old one, and installed the new one. So you can look at the site right now (as far as I can see the settings are however not transferred to the updated version…).

ah, deleting (removing) AO also removes all settings, you’ll have to re-enable those manually I’m afraid :-/

I tried to read on WordPress forums on how to update plugin with zip… Anyhow, I dont really remember all settings so I need to use backup and get back to version 2.7.3

yeah, easiest way:

1. upload zipfile (plugins -> new -> upload)
2. deactivate (but not delete) 2.7.3
3. activate 2.7.6 beta

btw I can wee now that the site is looking somewhat better with 2.7.6. than with 2.7.3. The buttons are back as well as the menu. But background picture still missing.

1. just had a look but AO seems still to be inactive
2. even so the background image is still missing, https://g8p5m6d3.stackpathcdn.com/2018/11/Ultrasound-front-C-1600×1048-1.jpg is returning a 404 not found
