Graphic reverting back to unchanged when saved

    I am using the crop and eraser tools but when saved the pic is not saved with the changes 8 out of 10 times.

    This could be an issue with a caching plugin. You should start by deactivating any caching plugins installed. Next, you should check your post_max_size setting in your PHP configuration, it should be at-least 8M.

    By any chance, are you using multiple front-end servers?

    post_max_size 64m
    No caching plugins
    Shared hosting (apache/ linux)
    Woocommerce Version 3.6.5
    Real Media RML Version 3.4.4
    Site was cloned a few months ago NS Cloner v3

    So it looks like the “Network” settings in NS cloner
    Max upload file size was very small. I increased it
    64000 mb and pics are saving as modified.

    All seems to be working now
