Graphs not appearing

  • Hi there,

    I’ve installed your plugin, added the following shortcode to a page [gfchartsreports gf_form_id="1" include="6,7,8" color_set="blue" type="pie" width="400px"] but there is no visible data being shown. If I highlight the page, I can see three squares where the graphs should be displayed, though. There are also no errors in the console. The form I’m pulling data from has 60+ entries already. The page is here.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this?

    Sure i ‘m going to help you, can you please provide the version of the plugin you are using, and the log file located under the plugin folder in logs/gfcr-xx-xx-xx.log, retrieved just after a refresh on the page.

    Can you copy paste your shortcode please ?
    it seems you are using datasets_invert parameter, which is not in production right now, and anyway should be used only with survey type fields.

    I can’t see any significative error in the logs nor on your web page… hum…
    Do you have other plugins activated ?
    Can you please try with default WP theme and all other plugin deactivated ?

    Hmm yeah, it looks like it’s conflicting with the theme.

    Any idea how to get around that?

    Thanks for testing. No, i have no idea, but you can ask the theme developer if any problem with html5 canvases, maybe the theme developer can see what is the problem looking at your graph page. You can tell him also that the plugin includes javascripts excanvas.js (from google) and chartjs as well as log4php.

    If you find the reason please post it here for further users!
    Sorry for not being able to fix this, i will tell you if i find a solution nevertheless.

    I’m testing on Chrome, but I will add that screenshot in with my ticket to the developer. Thanks for your support, I’ll follow this up when I hear back from them.

    Some of my clients had 2 instances of chartjs loaded (from another plugin), and that was causing the problem, can you check that please ?
