Graphy theme failing Google’s mobile CLS

Hi, I’m running a Child Theme (minimal changes) on Graphy Theme Version: 1.1.5 (I like the looks of this ver). I really like the theme, but with Google’s recent Core Web Vitals, all my articles have been receiving low scores on the Cumulative Layout Shift. As an example, here is one article (but ALL my articles have the same issue):

Now, here are the screenshots of Google’s Pagespeed Insights scan:
As can be seen, the title and menu first loading in the middle of the mobile screen then reorienting themselves toward the top is really messing up my CLS score. Do you have a code I can insert somewhere that would have the title and menu load AT THE TOP of the mobile screen from the beginning (where it will eventually be anyway) then load everything else? Like this:
Thanks so much for this! I really love this theme, but CLS issue is a major headache.
