Gravatar and social media icons really, really small.

Our developer will certainly take a look, but it seems it’s CSS from the Headway theme that’s causing this.

You could ask Headway support to see why this is happening.

There’s something in your theme (or maybe a plugin) that adds inline CSS to those images and makes them really small:
