Gravatar don’t works fine in the frontpage

  • Hi,
    first of all, congratulations for this amazing plugin.
    I only have a one problem.
    In my own gravatar have a specific filename. Well, is cached fine and showed without any problem in the all post or author page but in the frontpage not.

    In the frontpage, I reviewed that before enabled the plugin are calling the same gravatar on all site.
    After I enabled the plugin, only in the frontpage call to other gravatar instead the correct. Why????

    How can I solve this? I’m using the theme NewsPaper 11.5 and nginx.

    Hi Sergio,
    is it a plugin which calls the data for the frontapge? Or is it the theme itself?
    And how is the gravatar get there? I see that the ID (which is generated from the authors e-mailaddress is the “default”-ID and not that one from the author.

    Maybe you could post the PHP-Code which your theme or plugin is getting the gravatars.

    Good morning Harry,
    I’m using theme Newspaper from TagDiv.
    In this theme, you only select a “show author image” in the frontpage and add below of the article the image of your gravatar.

    I don’t found the difference with ID on other paths due if I clic in any gravatar that don’t show fine get my correct author page.

    If I deactivate the plugin the frontpage call to secure.gravatar.com and the same ID that appears in each article (where shown fine).
