Could not find Patrick Chia email address.I was a little changed Gravatar Favicon plugin in order that it can be localized into another language. And I also localize plugin Gravatar Favicon into Russian. You can download the new version 3.1 of plugin by Patrick Chia at https://klays.ru/file/gravatar-favicon.3.1.tar.gz In order to see what changes I made to a file gravatar-favicon.php use utility Diff. Note that in version 3.1 file named is gravatar-favicon.php, instead gravatar-favicon.php.php.
When you upload the new version in the repository WordPress?
