Gravatar is not used

Hi,

I have been using your plugin for a while and it is amazing. I have one issue however. On my woocommerce store I respond to customer’s product reviews with my account which basically used your letter generator too. I have created for this email a gravatar account so that it has my store’s logo. If i disable your plugin and use the default wordpress mystery man settings then my gravatar is shown. But, with your plugin even though i have enabled the use of gravatar if available , it does not

I have created the gravatar AFTER your plugin already generated my letter icon. I tried to change the name but it just generated new letters, i can’t find a way to make it use the gravatar

Is there a way, a php code for example that would allow me to force/ignore a certain user id perhaps? Maybe i can make it show the gravatar like this
