Gravatar / User Profile Image Issues

    Hi there,

    The plugin is great but we’re having some issues with the user profile image and gravatars. It’s like things are stuck now and changing any of the gravatar settings within UM is not doing anything. First, we noticed that changing the profile image in the UM profile page wasn’t updating. Uploading the image itself appears to work fine, but clicking the checkmark to save it does not save and reverts to either just blank or whatever got locked in for the gravatar. And, looking at the WordPress user profile page, I just see this: https://share.jonahcoyote.com/ebp8r5 – which, this is not even my actual gravatar photo… Here is my current setting within UM for gravatars: https://share.jonahcoyote.com/x0T41I – but I’ve tried toggling this in all ways and it doesn’t seem to have any effect.

    I’ve dug in the forums a bit and read about some gravatar transfer tool but it looks like this isn’t available any more. I’m not sure if I’m missing something or if this is a bug.

    Please help!

    Could you please confirm what version of UM installed on your site? Did you try deactivating all plugins except UM and see if there’s a plugin conflict issue?
