Gravatars coming back as 1px x 1px images

    Have been using this great plugin for years, thank you.

    Recently we ran into an issue where images with URL’s like this are coming back with 1px wide images.

    https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/42709735af4949a610b1e38877619df7?s=1&d=mm&r=pg

    If you remove everything after the ? in that URL, it works fine.

    We also use WP User Avatar, deactivating this seems to have no impact.

    We run a lazy image loader, disabling this also did not have any effect.

    Anyone else run into this issue recently? Thanks!

    I understand now that ?s=1 is requesting an image of 1px size from gravatar. Need to figure out why that is set to 1.

    For reasons not understood to me, the avatar_size was set to 1. Very strange. Fixed!
