Gravatars not showing

  • Hello there,

    I have a theme which is supposed to be gravatar-friendly. However, when a user with a gravatar leaves a comment, the gravatar doesn’t show. With another theme, the gravatar does show.

    Does anyone know what the problem might be? Do I need to do something in the settings?

    Or is there a good plugin where users can sign up, have their own images and things like that?

  • It might be worth double checking that the user left a comment using the same email address that they have registered with Gravatar. WordPress by default, is Gravatar friendly, so it’s also worth checking on the SETTINGS > DISCUSSION page that you have “Show Avatars” enabled.
