I should also mention that I changed this to load in the Footer instead of using AJAX. However, what happens is that all of my ads then insert themselves into the popup. However, the email label ID goes away.

    Hi @lisalambert,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You can hide the email field ID using CSS displayed in the shared screenshot.

Could you please create a test page on your site and activate the pop up only on that page using “On specific URL” pop up condition and share the page URL to me so that i can access the pop up to provide you solution?

    Kind Regards,

Hi there! I’d really like help in getting this to work. I’ve been using Itro popup on the site instead of your plugin. It’s an OK plugin, but not very flexible and I am not happy with how the responsive popups work.

I don’t have time today to install and work on the popup today, but I will do it in the next day or so and then report back here.
