Gravity Form help needed

I want to make a form where people can select how many ‘products’ they need. So I want to create a vertical list with products with, next to it, boxes where visitors can fill in (or select)a number.

Does anyone know the best way to do this. Preferably in Gravity Forms but other suggestions are welcome as well.
