• Hi, I’m back again. I got the pro version and implemented gravity forms.

I read through the forums to see if there was a solution but didn’t find any. I’m wondering if this is possible?

Is there a way to make any submissions via gravity forms uneditable/undeletable? I only want them to be able to request to change it through the gravity form. I want users to use gravity forms to submit custom weight for their starting weight with a before photo so they can compare later to an after weight and after photo later.
If the starting and after weights are editable, the user would kind of ruin the purpose of comparing their progress if they accidentally or purposely edited the starting weight to their new weight.

Just wondering if there’s a code or some way to make this possible? The only other solution I can think of is to put a note on the form stating not to edit their starting weight which isn’t ideal.

My other small issue is that I put a custom field on my form that is a number field that shows a lb difference calculation to preview a mini goal weight for them. I put the tag wlt-meta-mini-goal in the custom css class in the form. It doesn’t show up when the entry submits. Is this because it’s a calculation?

Really liking the plugin, hoping there’s a solution or some kind of workaround I can implement? Any suggestions welcome!
    Thanks!

Ok, I was testing my form a bit and tried to add a photo entry with a file uploader. Put the tag: wlt-photo. The photo does not show up in the wlt entries either. Along with the custom entry.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Answers to your questions.

    • No, unfortunately there is no way to restrict GF entries.
    • I’m not completely sure what you mean, but if a numeric custom field, it should be captured. You may need to email me more information
    • Something strange is going on. Could I get access to your admin panel?

sorry, I wasn’t sure how to explain it. Gravity allows you to create calculations with number fields on their forms. So I put their weigh-in entry which shows up fine along with the date on the form. There is another numbered entry that has a gravity form calculation that multiplies their weigh-in entry by 10% (so 0.10 in decimal form). I wanted this number to show up next to their entry as a mini-goal they could work towards. So they can see what 10% of their current weight is to work toward.
Sorry if it sounds confusing, it is for me as well. So I’m just trying to figure out the best way to go about it.
I realized none of my custom fields are working, including a photo. Am I doing it incorrectly? Do I put the wlt-photo in custom css field on the form?
Thanks for your time, the plugin is great so far!

I’m still confused by the calculation field, from what I’m understanding, I don’t think that would work out of the box.

As for standard fields not being picked up, yeah, sounds like it maybe a setup issue. Would you be able to give me access to your admin and send me a sample URL where a GF form is placed?
