Gravity form not working in Popup

Please let us know whether you are using a Cache plugin or not.

If yes, then, please clear all the caches, exclude the link where the given popup is enabled, and try to check the case with different browsers or an Incognito mode.

We entered both of the 2 websites and subscribed there, however, we didn’t receive an email.
Please let us know whether it is an issue or you have set it to be like that.

Please let us know when the form in the popup is filled out, the subscription happens as expected, just like it does with the form provided via the other link or not.
Is it only with the popup that nothing is being changed on the front end?

Thanks for responding. I would like to let you know that The problem is not with subscription or anything , but the real problem is with gravity forms not working in popup. If you try submitting this form here: https://pacificleg3dev.wpenginepowered.com/case/swanson-cnm-midwife-ban-nebraska/ without entering any values here, it doesn’t show any error message which it should. Plus if you submit even after entering values, it doesn’t submit at all, nor do we get any entries in backend. which completely refers to that the form isn’t working as it should. Although it works fine here: https://pacificleg3dev.wpenginepowered.com/form/

While debugging I noticed that the gravityforms js scripts aren’t loading in the page with popup. Is that something possibly being restricted by Popup Box plugin.? Please advise.

I want to mention, that our plugin doesn’t have any limitations in this regard.
Most presumably, the conflict occurred with other plugins due to the JS optimizing or Cache plugin you are using.

While checking the case, we noticed that the issue with the JS Files you are requesting has been fixed.
The scripts are normally loaded.
