Gravity Form Paragraph Text Issue

  • Starting last week, I was unable to type text into some Gravity Forms paragraph text fields. It doesn’t appear to happen with every paragraph text field, but it does with more than one.

    Here are the things I tried to do to troubleshoot it:

    • Disabled all plugins except Elementor, Elementor Pro, and Gravity Forms.
    • Remove conditional logic.
    • Checked the form preview, which did work.
    • Tried different themes (the default 2024 as well as random other themes), which worked.

    Since the only thing that fixes the issue is changing themes, the problem must be with the Hello Elementor theme. There are a few discrepancies when switching to 2024 and other themes and this is a rather large site, so I’d prefer to keep using Hello as we have been for some time without issue to switching to a different theme and fixing some aesthetic issues.
