Gravity Form popup always reappears

Hello!

I’m testing popups up on my test site, so can’t give a url.

For my popup I only want non-logged in users to see the popup 5 seconds after being on the site, where they will fill in a question using Gravity Forms.

Cookies are set up to 999 and 30 respectively, not in test mode, and I’ve added ‘Display rules’ as “show this popup if” – “User is logged – is not equal to – true”. And Ajax mode is enabled.

However, testing on separate cleared cookie / cached browsers (not in incognito mode), once you fill the form in it reappears again 5 seconds later, without even refreshing the page.

I’m probably being stupid somewhere, but I’ve tested and looked as much as I can to see what might be causing the conflict, and can’t work it out.

Any help will be MASSIVELY appreciated.
