    Gravity Forms allows users to submit draft posts. You can specify that data should be saved to custom fields with names of your choosing.

    When visitors submit an address, I save it to the field martygeocoderaddress. This causes the submitted address to appear in the Geocoder’s Address field. Then, when reviewing the the post for approval, I press the “Geocode” button to generate the lat/lng.
