Hi. I currently have the popup setup with a Gravity Form shortcode in it. There are radio buttons that direct you to different pages of the site after selecting and submit. There is also the option to just hit the submit button without selecting anything which just closes the window. It works great in all browsers except IE8. In IE8 it redirects users to the new page, but the popup shows up again, even though I have the Condition of “Visit not via an Internal Link”. Unfortunately the site is still in staging so I can’t publicize the URL. Any ideas? Thank you.

    Hi @iwpdev

    Hope you are well.

Do you have a link to share so that I can check from here and try to find out the error?

    Cheers

    Hi Ash,

I figured out what the issue was. The Gravity form could not have Ajax enabled. I’m all good. Popup is working fine in IE8.

    Thanks.
