Yesterday we installed this plug-in with intentions of purchasing the Gravity Forms ad on, after we had some key questions answered on the support forum. Well, we didn’t get answers to them yesterday, so we just left the plug-in installed.

What we didn’t find out until later that evening, is that the Gravity Forms banner ad has taken over our site completely. It’s at the top of all of our pages when viewing our site, and it has blocked our ability to even access the admin panel.

We are outraged! We just relaunched our company on monday and had some very important press releases released yesterday that were expected to drive a significant amount of traffic to our site. Now when people visit, that banner ad is the first thing they see.

VERY, VERY Displeased with this product. Also very disappointed, because it looked like it was the only product available that would meet our needs.

The “Gravity Forms Not Installed” message is only supposed to show in the Admin (it runs when the admin_notices hook is triggered). Your theme may have caused the issue…

I’ve released an update (2.2.4.3) that triple-checks that it’s the admin, and that admin_notices has been triggered. This should fix your issue, but if it doesn’t then it’s definitely a strange theme issue.

Please let me know once you’ve upgraded to the latest version: I look forward to you having a good experience with this plugin.
