Gravity Forms Compatibility Issues

Tried using Gravity Forms and the whole admin header and sidebar disappeared along with some JS issues (screenshot: https://capture.dropbox.com/Vbg8wfQZQx2VhQ7v)

The only way to get the admin back is to deactivate the plugin. I’ve tried disabling all of the adminify modules and things still persist. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It’s a bit frustrating as there are a lot of great benefits to this plugin. But it seemed to cause me more issues than resolve them. I’d love to go pro with the plugin if I can get past this issue, but this is a dealbreaker for my clients.
