Gravity Forms Custom Posts

We have a Gravity Form that automatically adds uploaded images to create a custom post with ACF fields (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/gravity-forms-custom-post-types/). It does not seem to be working with this plugin. It appears that the form gets submitted but uploads aren’t there in the post when viewed. Any clues as to the issue?
