    Hi,

I stopped receiving email notification from Gravity Forms a few months ago and I’m still struggling to fix the issue myself. I have been using GF for years now with no problems. There has been NO changes made to my website which would possibly explain the why this came about.

I recently updated to the latest version of both WordPress (4.7.3) & Gravity forms (2.1.3) in to hope that this resolve the issue, but unfortunately not!

    Any ideas anyone?

Do you receive *any* email from your website? Can it send mail or is this specific to the forms?

    Hi Steve,

This is specific to the forms, of which there are 3, on the website. I have no direct email option.

I have logged into my website cPanel and both PHP & MySQL are all up to date, v5.6 and v5.5 respectively, which is the requirement Gravity Forms specify on their website.

Selecting the ‘resend notifications’ bulk action does nothing either…

I forgot to mention that the user submitting the form receives a notification thanking them for their submission. It is only the Admin who does not, even though the email address has not changed…

As it turns out this is actually a platform issue – GMail is blocking ALL email from WordPress.
