  • This is a big problem for me as well and WPZS is now marking a majority of my legitimate submissions as Spam.

I will have to disable as well until it’s addressed.

    Same :/

Yes, I can report that this is happening on 4 sites now, in two different hosting environments. Really hoping this gets figured out soon!

Yep, I had to go back to Askimet for now since Gravity has a built in feature allowing it to be disabled. With WPZS, technically you can disable it for Gravity in the settings, however, it is still active and the Spam queue is still collecting everything.

I am having the same problem.

I would like to know what the criteria might be that count legitimate entries as SPAM.

My clients were being locked out of their own websites.

@katart17: Why were clients being locked out? Seems like most of us have only had legitimate entries ending up in GF spam.

I don’t think the client being blocked was a GF issue, but I did have a client show up in the Blocked IP list and I don’t know why.

I’ve changed how the Gravity Forms validation works using the gform_pre_submission hook (https://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/article/gform_pre_submission/). Hopefully this will fix the issues with GF. I don’t have a license, so unable to test to verify.

It’ll go out with the 1.6.0 release, hopefully tonight or tomorrow.

    Thank you!

I have a license through the company I work for so I can test whenever your update is released. If you want to share the “beta” changes, I’d also be happy to test before you release an official update.

2.0.0 was just released. Let me know if there’s still issues with Gravity Forms.

I have the same problems than Katart17, all my submissions arrive with spams warning or are blocked. I am not a developper and I am not sure what to do now… since the problem started 4 / 5 months ago, we ended up several times in some blocked IP list.. very bad for us…. Our webhoster says that the problems can come from the structure of the form itself (they told me athat they increased criteria againt spams but they couldn’t tell more… Any idea what I have to do? (I can’t find the 2.0.0 version…)

@neytio: I don’t think we’re talking about the same thing. The other posters on this thread have had trouble with Gravity Forms entries ending up in the spam section of GF INSIDE the WP dashboard. You seem to be talking about the emails that GF sends, not entries themselves ending up categorized as spam.

Are you using WordPress Zero Spam and having difficulties with it? Or is your problem more with Gravity Forms and the emails it sends? If it’s with GF, you will have a much better chance fixing your issue if you create a ticket at gravityhelp.com.
