When you submit a gravity form, it has a critical error

Your importer to the new plugin was brilliant. All fixed !!

    Hi @davidjs

Nothing better than issues that are resolved in less than 20 minutes ??

Glad that the importer did its job!

    Best wishes, Marco

I have issues with Gravity Forms too. Submissions can hang for literally hours sometimes, or cause an internal server error. My site is behind basic authentication whilst in dev but does not improve when turned off – the messages are being logged in gravity forms entries. Test mail through the WPO365 | MS GRAPH MAILER plugin are received

    Hi @infosectomslade

That the site is secured with basic authentication, only effects incoming requests and not the outgoing ones (e.g. when WordPress sends an email). There may other network measures or appliances, however, that block outgoing traffic.

The new plugin is the WPO365 | MS GRAPH MAILER plugin, which you appear to have already installed and configured. The importer is small tool that would be visible if you have WPO365 | Mail Integration for Office 365 / Outlook installed and configured and then install WPO365 | MS GRAPH MAILER. Then you’ll notice – when you want to configure WPO365 | MS GRAPH MAILER – an option to import the configuration from WPO365 | Mail Integration for Office 365 / Outlook. Since WPO365 | MS GRAPH MAILER is already sending emails, you don’t need the importer anymore.

Now I think that all you need to do is to disable WPO365 | Mail Integration for Office 365 / Outlook. If you have two plugins installed, that try to do the same thing (in this case, sending WordPress emails) then they will be in each other’s way.

    Hope that helps!

    -Marco
