Gravity Forms Mail Not Sending

I am having issues with Gravity Forms, and I’m wondering if someone can help. I’m seeing 2 problems.

1. The form does not redirect to the Thank You page after submission. It just goes white. I checked that the Thank You page exists and works, and it does. The form just doesn’t redirect to it.

2. I am not receiving notification emails. The form does appear to be working (sort of). The entries appear in WordPress, but I do not receive emails.

Does anyone know how to fix these issues? I’ve updated to the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of all my plugins.
