Gravity forms name field not mapping

    We’re running version 1.9.19 of Gravity Forms.

    When setting up mapping of a Gravity Form that has a general name field which shows as Name (Prefix), Name (First), Name (Middle), Name (Last), Name (Suffix) in the UpiCRM datatypes section, we tried mapping it to the name field…it says that mapping was completed successfully.

    However, when we do the import, all of the fields are mapped properly except for the name.

    We saw that a previous thread has been closed on this similar topic however the person did not respond as to whether a solution actually worked or not.

    It may be that you are using the gravity forms default name input which consists of 2 fileds (name &surname)?
