Gravity Forms not Submitting Consistently

  • Hello,

    I download applications submitted to a nonprofits website and have received an increasing number of complaints from people who say they have submitted an application but I cannot find it. We use Gravity Forms and when the form is submitted they should get a confirmation email. Some people submit the form, receive no confirmation email, and the entry doesn’t show up on my end. The website and forms have recently seen a lot more traffic and I wonder if that has something to do with it. Here is the info from Gravity Forms:

  • I believe it’s better to ask support at Gravity Forms, as this is a Premium plugin and this forum is not supporting questions on that part.

    Besides that i can advice you first to scan your site with a security plugin,like for eample wordfence. Cause it is indeed strange. I’m a 10y Gravity Form user, never had issues like that. So, yes: check at Gravity Forms, their support is great.
