Hi @acinonynx,
Could you please check if you’ve enabled the?Crawl Cleanup?and?Remove Query Args?feature by following the steps below:
- Log into your site and go to All in One SEO > Search Appearance > Advanced.
- Scroll down to Crawl Cleanup and check if that’s enabled.
- If it’s enabled, please check if Remove Query Args is set to Yes.
Here’s a screenshot reference – https://a.supportally.com/i/U7Y3Uh.
This feature removes the query args used for sorting and filtering from the end of URLs, which is most likely why you are experiencing this problem.
The Crawl Cleanup and Remove Query Args features are disabled by default, and AIOSEO will not remove any query arguments unless you’ve manually enabled these features.
We also display a warning under the Remove Query Args toggle. This feature is only designed for advanced users who understand the possible ramifications these changes can make.
We have mentioned this in our documentation as well –https://aioseo.com/docs/crawl-cleanup-best-practices/#remove-query-args
If this feature is enabled, can you please disable it, clear all the caching on your site and server (if any), and let me know if the problem persists?
