Gravity Forms Pushover ADD-On give whitescreen of death

  • Hi All I use Gravity Forms version 2.5.12 and Gravity Form Pushover add-on version 1.03
    Every 3 days this give me a white screen of dead for my website any idea’s.

    Only way to resolve this is disable the plugin (through the backend renaming the plugin folder)
    And then activate the plugin again.
