  • Dear Karen,
    Thank you for contacting us.
We have noticed that when the short code is turn into html there is a display: none CSS attribute that hides your content <div class='gf_browser_chrome gform_wrapper gform_validation_error' id='gform_wrapper_2' style='display:none'>.
    So try to do following:
    1) Generate another form and check if you get the same result
    2) Try to change popup theme

    Best Regards,
    Sygnoos Team.

No, that doesn’t help at all. Already tried it, and just tried again. Changing the theme has no effect, and changing to form shortcode to one of the other forms has no effect either. Is there a compatibility issue with Gravity Forms, perhaps?

    Thanks,
    karen

    Dear Karen
We have tested Gravity Forms compatibility with Popup Builder and it works as expected, here is the example https://wptest.sygnoos.com/testing/
As I mentioned above there is style=’display:none’ attribute on your side that hides the form inside the Popup.
Does the Gravity Form short code works on your page?

    Best Regards,
    Sygnoos Team.

Yes, the GF shorcode works fine on the page. Must be another plugin, but site’s live so I can’t test that. Okay, well…I’ll have to find another solution, but thanks!
