• Hi there,

I love the theme – Thank you!

One issue with the new update – Gravity Forms with conditional logic are not showing up
According tot he Gravity site, the line <? php wp_footer(); ?> in the footer.php should solve the issue, but I am not a coder so I have no idea

Would love to see that work again

    Thanks

    Jonny

  • Need a bit more info. I use GF with Customizr without any problem, but you’re probably doing something different – sounds like you have a form in the footer?

Have you tried a different theme, eg twenty-twelve to check the problem is only with customizr?

So a bit more detail, and maybe a link to your problem site?

Customizr is great, and I had no problems with the forms, including this one, until the move to 3.0.4
All of the rest of my forms are fine, but this one, to be found on the page: https://uktoremet.org.uk/open-a-ukt-charity-account/
This one now works because I disabled the conditional logic on the form button, to be found in the form settings.
Conditional logic within the form seems to be fine, just the form button CL seems to disable the form.
As I said, others have had similar problems with other themes and suggested the solution I put above.
    Does that help?

OK so I can’t help resolve this – it looks like there may be a clash between Customizr/GF conditional logic. That’ll need Nic, the Author, to consider.
    Thanks for your diagnosis above.
