    Help with this error message:
    It was still working 10mins before, but broke down, not sure why, might be because I updated the plugin.
    Is there anyway to get a previous version of the plugin?

    @keerwebdorks, do you have the mbstring PHP extension installed? You can check that by going to Forms > System Status and searching for “mbstring.” If it is not installed, please ask your hosting provider to install it. It appears that the updated PHP library used by the latest version of our plugin to read and write spreadsheet files requires that extension to work.

    Worked after I restored back to vers 2.1 thanks!
