Gray background on mobile version

Hello,
I searched for an answer through the forum but couldnt find one, so I decided to create a new topic.
I have created a site,and everything on the desktop version seems pretty great.
However when i try to load it on my iPhone 7 all of the pages have a gray background insted of a picture background in the header.
But when i try it with browserstack, or with a different phone sometimes the pictures in the header are there and there is no problem.
Is it something to do with different OS handling different pixels?
Something that can be done through CSS to troubleshoot this?
