Gray Overlay on Maintenance site

    Not trying to find solution anymore as plugin is already deleted. Just curious. What is the exact point of the gray overlay on “Maintenance” page? Like seriously. I can not see a single benefit from this functionality. All it accomplishes is that developers delete the plugin and go search for an alternative.

    For the sake of the plugin, please remove this.

    P.S.: dont need any recommendations about adding custom CSS code as I have already tried literrally everything.

    There’s no “point”. It’s a design choice. Ugly to some, beautiful to others ??

    I agree that some people may preffer this, but there are also tons of people that would preffer not to have this overlay. This functionality could simply be made optional. That would definetly benefit your plugin and increase the number of users.
