Hi @socialmadness99,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
It’s possible that there’s a conflict between your theme and one of your plugins. You have a couple of options:
1. Change the Wordfence Web Application Firewall into Learning Mode:
From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.
https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/ is an amazing resource for learning more about the WAF and learning mode.
2. Check for a plugin or theme conflict:
You can try temporarily switching to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Two, disabling all other plugins, then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists.
To do this, we recommend the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your logged-in user.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
Tiffany
