Grayed out menu page

    I am trying to make changes to my navigation menu but the “Appearance > Menu” page items are all grayed out. My menu items are listed but can’t be changed. I only seem to have the option of creating a new menu. When I go to the “Customize” page I am told I do not have a menu. I clearly do.

    I am using the latest version of WordPress, and the latest PHP.

    What could I be overlooking?

  • Hi there,

    You can try to change the theme to default, to disable all plugins, and activate one by one until you find which one caused the issue or to downgrade the PHP version to exclude PHP compatibility error.

    Doing all that now. I did a theme check and WOW do I have a ton of errors.
